This camp is a very progressive program using different fitness levels as a guide to personalize the program for you. As you progress through our unique color leveling system you will learn and master new and exciting exercises that we will guide you through at each new level! Xtreme Fitness Boot Camp is designed to benefit people of all fitness levels, from the person that has never lifted a weight to the elite athlete. This program is ongoing with no end date so you can sign up at anytime.
